2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG

2012 Mercedes Benz C63 AMG
German car fans were expecting to see the updated C63 AMG this March, at the Geneva Motor Show, but photos leaked this week of the new sedan and wagon, providing a peek at what lays ahead for the upcoming C series rocket. The main exterior changes are to the fascia; the C63 AMG gets SL series-inspired headlamps, with Audi-esque LED light-piping. LEDs also make their way to the tail lamps, and the team also re-designed the 18-inch wheels, with red brake calipers grabbing the 14.2-inch front discs. Under the hood, the biggest difference is that top speed will no longer be limited to 155 mph; the 2012 C63 AMG, with the performance Development Package, will top out at 174 mph. AMG has developed a new 5.5-liter biturbo mill, but the C63 keeps 6.2-liter V8, so output remains at 451 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque. Some early reaction is mixed about the new fascia design, but all told, the new C63 is yet another gift to MB fans. Check out the gallery after the jump, of both the sedan and the wagon. via: Autoblog.

Google London Headquarter Beach Theme Office Space | By Scott Brownrigg
With free food, open office layout, and non-pretentious appointments, search engine giant Googlehas long been on the list of “Best Places To Work”. Now add another attractions to the long list – Brighton Beach, at least in its new London Headquarter location near Buckingham Palace. In designing the new 40,000 square-foot space, architect Scott Brownrigg went for something that will excite people when they arrive at work. Bright colors and lights accentuate the work environment while mini beach house replicas double as conference room and other amenities. In place of beach sand, Brownrigg cleverly applied birch colored carpeting that gives very similar appearance. On another side, the cafeteria takes on the look of a restaurant and serves a mix of Asian Fusion and Sushi. In addition, there is an onsite gym/shower, massage and spa treatment section, all as added incentives for Google staffers to come to work. Afterall, a happy employee is an efficient employee. We only wish more employers would do the same… via: dezeen

New Era 59FIFTY New York Yankees Dot Series Caps
The iconic New York Yankees cap modernized by New Era in the latest collection entitled the Dot Series. Four basic colorways, navy, black, red and white were selected as base color, followed by embroidery with white/black Yankees logo on the front panels. White polka dots are asymmetrically printed as an all over print pattern, to gave it a pop aesthetic. Only the white version was detailed with black embroideries, plus a matching black polka dots printed on the crown and visor. Check your local New Era dealers for these caps or hit up the Japanese online store Onspotz as they have these in stock now.

LAND ROVER Defender – 2011 X-Tech Edition

LAND ROVER Defender 2011 X Tech Edition
Loved by civilians and the military of the world, the Defender is the premiere off road vehicle from manufacturer Land Rover.  Though there are rumors of taking the model off the product line recently, an all new limited edition for 2011 appeared at the recent Brussels Motorshow. Classified as the Defender X-Tech Limited Edition with two colorways, Zermatt Silver in addition to the Olive Green version with Santorini Black finish on the roof, wheel arches and head light surrounds. The vehicle’s raw exterior is further accentuated with sets of unique 16-inch Saw Tooth alloy wheels in glossy black. On the interior though, comfort is not sacrificed as the leather seats, side bolster and trimming is offered as an option. Under the hood, the vehicle is equipped with 2.4 liter common-rail diesel engine that pumps out 360Nm of torque, more than enough for towing or those urges to go off-road.  There is one drawback however, the vehicle is only available in Europe. via: autoblog
