New York Fashion Week is just around the corner and VMAN Magazine is planning their most audacious issue yet. A literal play on the phrase “Money Talks”, the magazine’s 21st issue will feature the unflappable Kanye West on the cover. The portray, photographed by fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld, includes an added twist – folded dollar bills stuffed in West’s mouth. A visage the hip hop artist is spewing out money. Centered on risk takers with bold initiatives in various arenas, the VMAN 21: THE THRILL OF THE GAME ISSUE will include not just West himself, but athletes pushing the boundaries, actors who take on challenging roles, and a veteran of war turned model.
VMAN 21 will be on newsstand this coming Tuesday, February 8th. As a kick off, VMAN will be hosting a live event at its VISIONAIRE Gallery in SoHo. Starting Monday, February 7th, to Tuesday, February 8th, VMAN workers will recreate the assemble line seen in this video and “stuff” dollar bills in person for your VMAN 21 purchase. We are speechless….
