Coming from a family renowned for its exotic skin & leather bags, Japanese designer Kenji Ikeda made a splash during his debut presentation at the 2003 Salon Premiere Classe in Paris. Following the success of that and subsequent collections, Ikeda and his namesake label KENJIIKEDA extended his expertise into men’s accessories with the creation of KENJIIKEDA Men’s in 2008.
As a way to revitalize the gradual declining interest in the sport of golf, once revered as the sport of rich and famous in Japan, Ikeda applied a rebellious twist to his accessories for sport, with a good dose camouflage on quilted nylon reinforced with leather seams.
